Albany 19th in Manufacturing Jobs Lost

The Business Review reports that ninety-nine of America’s 100 biggest markets have fewer manufacturing jogs today than they did 10 years ago. Bakersfield, California, the only exception, gained 2,100 manufacturing jobs. The Los Angeles area lost the most, 301,600 jobs. Eighty other markets fared worse than Albany, which lost 7,800 jobs.
