I’ll be speaking at the ASA Hudson Valley Chapter’s Fred Iusi Spring Conference on May 16, 2009. The conference starts at Frederick Church’s Olana, with tours of the historic house, then moves to the Hampton Inn in Albany where I’ll speak on the conservation easement appraisal I performed on the Olana viewshed. 
After breakfast on Sunday, Gary Sussman, of the Art Students League, will give a tour of the Empire Plaza art collection. The conference will wrap-up Sunday at the Panoramic Hudson exhibit at the Albany Institute of History and Art.
